The bathroom is also a similar place. It gets cleaned easily. One said that this happens more in bathrooms because there is humidity there and air does not flow well. Sometimes these are also traces of nicotine left by cigarettes. Mirror website quoted Dulux Paints as saying that surfactant leaching occurs when new paint has been applied to the wall, but due to the environment the drying process is very slow. Due to this, chemicals come on top of the paint film and due to this an oil like substance accumulates.
